Hello
about the license , you can reissue the license from your client interface (My products & services -> View Details (of the product) -> Reissue license) .
About the refresh of the front-end , we monitored your traffic through Chrome developer tools and it seems that the module is creating the request to get the information about the server but it returns all the time the same information at least for "uptime" , normally it should update the data , we checked on our demo websites and it refreshes all the data , maybe you have enabled caching at the status check URL?The URL that provides the data for the uptime is the one you have set at "Server Status Address" of the Server configuration.
Best Regards

Thanks for reporting this issue, we will try to fix the issue in next release by ignoring the cache, so you can keep the caching system active for other requests.
