Hi,
Although I'm able to go into MLP as administrator as normal, suddenly site visitors appear to locked out with a blank white screen showing "License key is Invalid" in the top left corner.
Is this a MLP problem or Joomla3?

Hello, please try reissue licence from the client area "Products and Services --> View Details ---> Managment Actions --> Reissue Licence.

It didn't no. But someone in your support section made the necessary repairs for me.
Although I did ask what had been causing the problem, no one got back with an answer. So if it was an error on my part, I don't know how to avoid doing the same thing again and locking my users out of the site!

no, it had nothing to do with any of your actions. It had to do with a server error commmunication.
