Hi support,
We just created our first Championship and we face the following problems:
1. We created some new championship matches and once the matches finish we go to the Championship>add scores feature but the matches are not displayed there in order to place the scores needed. In addition, we cannot insert the scores through the "edit championship matches" feature as there is no field to insert the scores there. Even if we select the matches as "finished" from the "edit championship matches" feature, the matches are still not displayed in the "add scores" feature. This does not seem to be a timezone bug like the ones faced before, as the matches are never displayed in the "add scores" section, not even if the time passes.
2. Once we are in the championship standings and we click on a player's username in order to view that specific player’s predictions, that user's predictions are not displayed as there is the indication “hidden”. In this case it seems that there is timezone issue as the indication “hidden” is lifted some hours after the set time of the match to start. After that time elapses the predictions are displayed correctly.
3. The weird thing is that, after the indication “hidden” is lifted there are three points awarded to some players, but from the moment that we were unable to add the score as per point 1 above then how these points are awarded? In addition, when we created the championship we were not requested to insert specific points for the match result or for the winner/draw/loser and we do not have the three points set neither for one of the two types in the normal Masterleague championship. But these 3 points are displayed only in the player's prediction history and not in the championship standings. You can see the link below:
