module top players (by rating) not working

module top players (by rating) is not working . It always show message 'couldn't find players' . I try uninstall / install but this module don't work. Others top players models works well !

can you please confirm that you configured the module (set the season from which you want the players to be shown).

Yes , I am just getting started and have only 1 season . Also I talk with friend who recently installed and have the same problem with the ratings module. May be there is a bug in the latest version available for download, I don't now you may check it.
