Is there documentation on setting up the banner ads for the popup player?

Hello,

at joomla administrator, go to the modules --> Radio Popup Player (or whatever name you have given to it).
There, you ll find a text area, named: Enter Ads Codes

There you can enter html code, like google adsense or image banner or whatever.

So apparently this will not "rotate" more than one banner, just the one static banner, is that correct?

exactly!
But since you can enter html, you can do whatever you want there. (probably an html rotation script)
