Hello,
is it possible that i can't add questions to the predictions?
Who becomes world champion? for good result 10 points!!

If i understand you correctly you mean posting a question and the users will try to predict it and if they are correct they gain points? This feature is not available , you can only predict score result for a match.

I have a module and component but thats only fot Joomla 1.5

Can you do something with it to make that possible?

For me its important that members can predict the champion or witch teams come to the final or who will became the topscorer

With the current features it is not possible to add questions. The Masterleague component is open source , so you could add that feature by yourself or wait until the official component will add this feature.
