Hello,

to translate the component in pre-install ZIP file there is a file in com_multileague/sites/language/en-GB.com_multileague.ini
(for the front-end , there are 2 language files for the backend under the file administrator/language)

if you already have installed the component and want to translate it those files are transfered to <joomla directory>/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_multileague.ini
