Sorry if I'm being a nuisance, but what criteria are used to determine league placings if two or more players are level on points?

What happens if they are still level after applying these additional criteria?

after the criteria of points we check the Goal For(GF) difference between players and then the Goal Difference (GD it is the GF-GA) after that a player is chosen randomly.
