there is no active broadcast at current time - timezone error

Good Day,
I was able to installed the component and Module by following the Step by step rules. I have also set my time Zone in Joomla to Lome GMT.
I great my Programs based on the GMT (Lome), when i enable the Module I see the following message "there is no active broadcast at current time"
Please Assist me. I can provise you with the login infos to my Joomla website if needed.

create a PHP.ini or edit if there is already one in your root directory and add/edit this line

date.timezone = "Africa/Lome"

this should make your website using the timezone of Lome.

it is possible that your hosting provider does not allow you to change the timezone with the php.ini file
try to set the timezone with .htaccess file , add this line or edit it if it already exist in your .htaccess file on your root directory

SetEnv TZ Africa/Lome
